Once a digital product has been activated, it is non-refundable, subject to the consumer-protection law that applies to you. Nothing here limits any statutory right you may have that cannot be waived.
What is non-refundable after activation?
Program (challenge) fees
Monthly subscriptions
Evaluation resets and funded resets
Activation fees
Optional feature fees
Do payouts change this?
No. There is no fee refund on any challenge, regardless of any payouts you have received. Passing a challenge, reaching the funded stage, or being paid does not entitle you to a refund of what you paid.
Why does activation matter?
Purchasing a Program is payment for access to the simulated evaluation and Program services. It is not a purchase of investment capital and not a guarantee of compensation. Once that access has been activated and delivered, the service has been delivered.
Accidental duplicate purchases
If you bought the same product twice by mistake, contact support. Support may process a refund for an accidental duplicate purchase after verification. The outcome depends on activation, use, payment status and operational review.
Promotions, coupons and NYS Credits
Only one promotion may be used per purchase.
Coupons are not stackable, with each other or with another promotion.
NYS Credits are not stackable with another promotion.
NYS Credits are promotional instruments governed by the specific offer. They are not cash and are not withdrawable funds.
Eligibility, expiry and product scope are set by the specific campaign, and promotions change frequently.
Something looks wrong?
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support before taking any other action.
