All trading and platform activity must be honest and in good faith. The rules below protect a fair environment for every trader; breaking them can lead to profit removal, account closure, or a permanent ban.

Trade in good faith

Your activity should reflect genuine market trading and responsible risk management. Strategies designed mainly to exploit technical weaknesses, pricing anomalies, platform behavior, promotions, payout mechanics, or internal risk controls are prohibited — even where no single written rule describes the conduct precisely.

One profile per person

Each natural person may hold one NYS user profile, and may open multiple trading accounts under it within the applicable product capital limits. The minimum age is 18, or the legal age of majority where you live if it is higher. Identity verification (KYC) may be requested at any time. The following are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing:

  • Selling, renting, lending, or transferring an account

  • Sharing credentials or letting another person trade your account

  • Buying an account from another participant

  • Third-party account management

  • Using a family member's or any other third party's identity

  • Using multiple identities, profiles or devices to get around account limits

No hedging

Hedging is completely prohibited: within the same account, across your own accounts, across different products where the positions are designed to offset each other, and between different traders or coordinated groups. Payout denial and account closure are possible outcomes.

No market manipulation

Manipulative and abusive practices are prohibited, including wash trading, layering, spoofing, quote stuffing, order-book manipulation, latency and reverse arbitrage, tick scalping designed to exploit execution, price-feed or execution exploitation, infrastructure abuse, and coordinated trading across accounts.

Automation, AI, VPNs and VPS

Expert Advisors, bots, algorithms and AI tools are allowed when all the rules of your program are respected, and trade copiers are allowed. Copy trading is allowed between your own verified accounts, subject to any account-size conditions set by your program. You remain responsible for every order these tools produce. VPN and VPS use is allowed, but suspicious access patterns may trigger an investigation, suspension, a payout hold or termination, and access must not be used to conceal your identity, circumvent geographic restrictions or evade fraud controls.

If you find a technical defect

Technical bugs must be reported. If you become aware of an obvious platform error, you must stop using it and notify NYS. Exploiting a bug is prohibited, and you may not knowingly keep gains created by a technical defect. NYS may reverse affected trades or balances, cancel purchases, hold payouts, suspend accounts or close accounts.
