NYS Live Scale is our invitation-only scaling stage, and it replaces the former live-account stage. Passing an Evaluation or holding Funded status does not create an automatic right to enter it.
How you get there
Entry is by invitation only. NYS Markets reviews rule compliance, risk management and consistency, and issues invitations at its own discretion.
A Funded Account remains a simulated account owned and controlled by the Company unless and until an invitation is issued.
Identity verification (KYC) must be approved before funded status and before any payout.
No invitation is guaranteed, and no starting balance or future capital increase is promised in advance.
The NYS Live Scale rules
Maximum Daily Loss: 3%.
Maximum Loss: none.
Profit Target: none.
Consistency rule: none.
News trading: allowed.
Overnight and weekend holding: allowed.
Payouts: daily.
Profit split: 50/50.
What happens to your previous account
When you enter NYS Live Scale, the prior account may be removed or disabled — only the current account is guaranteed to remain. Previous trades, statistics and history do not transfer unless the technical system expressly supports it.
Capital increases
There is no automatic scaling. Additional NYS Live Scale capital is considered through an interview and invitation process.
Eligibility note
Residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are eligible for the simulated evaluation and simulated funded Programs, but are not eligible for NYS Live Scale.
