Filing a bad-faith chargeback is a violation of the Terms of Use. It results in the immediate freezing of all associated accounts and a permanent ban from future purchases.

If you have a billing issue

Contact support first. We keep transaction and platform records and will resolve legitimate concerns. Before initiating a payment dispute, make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue with the Company where legally appropriate.

What counts as prohibited

  • Stolen or unauthorized payment methods

  • False billing information

  • Identity theft

  • Fraudulent reversals

  • Bad-faith chargebacks

An unresolved fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback also blocks any payout until it is resolved.
