NYS Markets funds two stocks programs on DeepCharts: The Thunder (evaluation then funded) and The Bee (instant funding). Both share the Daily Pause, trailing Max Loss EOD, consistency and share rules below — the thresholds and the payout schedule differ. Both pay an 80% / 20% split.

Risk limits

Daily Pause (2%)

If your loss reaches 2% on the day, trading pauses for the rest of that session. It is a soft breach: the account is not failed and you can trade again next session. You may optionally unlock the rest of the day by paying the Daily Pause Bypass. See “Daily Pause explained”.

Max Loss EOD (trailing)

The Max Loss EOD is a 4% trailing limit on The Thunder and 3% on The Bee, based on the highest end-of-day account value. It is recalculated when a new end-of-day maximum is recorded, moves upward only, never downward, and does not reset. Reaching or falling below it closes the account. Example on a $25,000 account: The Thunder floors at $24,000; The Bee floors at $24,250.

Consistency per position

No single position may represent more than 30% of total accumulated net profit on The Thunder or 20% on The Bee. Exceeding it does not breach the account, but a payout cannot be requested until further profit reduces the percentage to the limit or below.

Share limits per position

Limits are per position and differ for day trades versus positions held as swing, pre-market or after-hours. The reduced swing / pre-market / after-hours limit applies whenever a position is held outside regular market hours.

Splitting one economic position across multiple orders or linked accounts does not circumvent a share limit — related orders may be aggregated.

News, swing & earnings

News trading, swing trading and earnings trading are all allowed. Positions may be opened, closed or managed during economic news and company earnings, held overnight, and traded pre-market and after-hours — subject to the reduced swing / pre-market / after-hours share limits above. You assume the risk of price gaps, liquidity constraints, halts, corporate actions and market closures.

Hedging & copy trading

  • No hedging or coordinated trading across multiple accounts, participants, family members or external accounts to guarantee outcomes or payouts.

  • Copy trading is allowed only between NYS Markets accounts of the same size owned and controlled by the same trader.

Payouts

Payouts are available on demand after 5 profitable trading days (each at least 0.25% of the initial balance, not necessarily consecutive). The Thunder pays 2% per request, rising to 4% from the 4th payout onward; The Bee pays 2% per request. Both split profits 80% to the trader / 20% to NYS Markets. No Stocks program charges an activation fee, and the maximum combined allocation is $300,000.
