An account moves through stages: Evaluation, Funded (Simulated Funded, where profits produce real payouts) and, by invitation only, NYS Live Scale. A reset lets you start over on a fresh account after failing one, without waiting to buy a completely new plan.

How many accounts can I hold?

  • Evaluation accounts: unlimited.

  • Funded CFDs: $400,000 aggregate.

  • Funded Futures: $300,000 aggregate.

  • Funded Stocks: $300,000 aggregate.

Resets

Resets are available for Futures, Stocks and selected CFD promotions only. Depending on the technical process, a reset either resets the existing account or creates a new account and disables the old one. A reset restores Program access according to the applicable configuration, but it does not erase compliance findings, fraud flags, payment obligations, or bans. The Company may deny reset access in cases of abuse or fraud.

  • Eval Reset: buys a fresh evaluation after you fail one.

  • Funded Reset: restarts a funded account after a breach.

Reset availability and pricing are program-specific and listed in each product's Pricing article (Appendix A of the Terms):

  • CFDs: resets are offered only on selected promotions. Where a reset is available (for example, the 2-Step challenge allows up to 2 resets), it buys a fresh account with the same parameters after a failed one.

  • Futures (The Thunder): separate Eval Reset and Funded Reset options; The Bee allows resets up to 2. The Thunder's Funded Reset is priced per account size (for example, on the one-time plan: $289 for $25K, $429 for $50K, $719 for $100K, $849 for $150K).

  • Stocks (The Thunder): up to 2 resets on Evaluation and up to 2 on Funded accounts; The Bee lists reset pricing up to 2.

Merges

Accounts may be combined, but a merge always requires support approval. To be eligible, the accounts must have:

  • The same verified user.

  • The same product.

  • The same challenge type.

  • The same phase.

  • Compatible balances and technical conditions.

Examples include 2 × $50,000 → $100,000 and $150,000 + $50,000 → $200,000. The maximum merged account is $200,000 where applicable. Trades, statistics, history and old results do not transfer.

Upgrades, platform changes and challenge changes

  • No pay-the-difference upgrades. There is no general upgrade by paying a difference: to trade a larger account you buy a new one. A merge may be reviewed later if the accounts are eligible and approved.

  • Platform changes require a support ticket. NYS may change the platform on your existing account or create a replacement account and disable the old one.

  • Challenge or program changes require a support ticket and are reviewed case by case. No change is guaranteed.

Scaling

There is no automatic scaling. NYS Live Scale capital increases require an interview and an invitation.

What happens to my history?

  • Same account preserved: history generally remains.

  • Account reset in place: depends on the reset implementation.

  • Account replaced: old history may disappear.

  • Accounts merged: old trades and statistics do not transfer.

Note: resets, like all program fees, are non-refundable once access has been delivered.
