If your charts are empty, quotes look delayed, or the platform feels slow, use this guide. On NYS Markets, market data for Quantower, ATAS and DeepCharts is delivered through dxFeed.
No data or delayed data
The most common cause is the market-data agreement not being signed yet. Until it is signed, charts and quotes may be empty or delayed.
Open your NYS dashboard and use the "Download Platform" button to sign the market-data agreement.
Confirm you are connected via dxFeed with the credentials shown in your dashboard.
Reconnect or restart the platform so it picks up the newly signed agreement.
Data streams only after the agreement is signed, so always check this first when data is missing.
Lag and slow performance
Close unused charts, workspaces and indicators — heavy order-flow tools (footprint, volume profile) use more CPU.
Make sure your machine meets the platform requirements; a modern desktop performs best.
For DeepCharts, use a modern desktop browser (Chrome/Edge) and close other heavy browser tabs.
Check your internet connection for latency or drops.
Update to the latest platform version and restart it.
Still seeing problems?
If data or performance issues persist after signing the agreement and reconnecting, contact support with your account and platform details.
