If you cannot connect or log in to your platform, work through the checks below. Most connection issues come down to the market-data agreement, the credentials, or the account state.
First: sign the data agreement
For Quantower, ATAS and DeepCharts, market data (via dxFeed) only streams after you sign the market-data agreement from the "Download Platform" button in your NYS dashboard. This is the single most common cause of a connection that looks "stuck" with no data. Sign it first.
Check your credentials
Quantower / ATAS / DeepCharts: verify the dxFeed credentials exactly as shown in your NYS dashboard.
MetaTrader 5 (CFDs): verify the Login, Password and Server exactly as shown in your dashboard.
Do not use server names, logins or credentials from any other source — always use exactly what the dashboard provides.
Check your connection and setup
Confirm you have a stable internet connection.
Make sure a firewall or antivirus is not blocking the platform.
Confirm your account is active (not breached or expired).
Close any duplicate sessions — the same account logged in twice can drop the connection.
Restart the platform and try again.
Update to the latest version of the platform.
If you still cannot connect after these steps, contact support with your account details and the platform you are using.
