Quantower is one of the platforms for trading Futures at NYS Markets. Its market data comes through dxFeed, and data only streams after you sign the market-data agreement.
1. Download and sign the data agreement
Open your NYS Markets dashboard and click the "Download Platform" button to get Quantower.
In the same flow, sign the market-data agreement and note the connection credentials shown in your dashboard.
Install and open Quantower. General site and help: quantower.com and help.quantower.com.
2. Connect via dxFeed
Open the Connections panel.
Add the dxFeed connection.
Enter the credentials shown in your NYS dashboard.
Click Connect.
Market data streams only after the data agreement is signed. If charts or quotes are empty, the agreement is the first thing to check.
Working in Quantower
Quantower is a multi-asset platform with a DOM, footprint/volume charts and chart trading, so you can place and manage orders directly from the chart or ladder.
