DeepCharts is a browser-based platform ("DeepChartWeb") for trading Stocks and Futures at NYS Markets. There is nothing to install. Its market data comes through dxFeed, and data only streams after you sign the market-data agreement.

1. Open DeepCharts and sign the data agreement

Open your NYS Markets dashboard and use the "Download Platform" button / link to access DeepCharts.

Sign the market-data agreement when prompted.

Log in with the credentials shown in your dashboard.

DeepCharts covers US stocks and futures with order-flow tools: Volume Profile, Footprint, DOM Ladder, Delta and 80+ indicators. Market data streams only after the data agreement is signed.

If quotes or charts stay empty, confirm the data agreement is signed and that you logged in with the exact dashboard credentials.
