NYS Markets uses a different platform depending on the product you trade. This guide shows which platform goes with which product and how each one gets its market data.

In short: CFD traders use MetaTrader 5; Futures traders can use Quantower, ATAS or DeepCharts; and Stock traders use DeepCharts. DeepCharts serves both Stocks and Futures.

Always start from the "Download Platform" button in your NYS Markets dashboard. That is where you download the platform, get your connection credentials, and — for Quantower, ATAS and DeepCharts — sign the market-data agreement. The data agreement must be signed before market data will stream.

Quantower, ATAS and DeepCharts receive their market data through dxFeed. MetaTrader 5 (CFDs) connects with a standard broker login instead of dxFeed.
