Each platform ships with its own charting and analysis tools. This is general guidance to help you set up a clean, readable workspace — the right indicators depend on your own strategy, so treat these as starting points rather than rules.
Quantower and ATAS (Futures)
These are order-flow platforms, so most traders build their layout around:
DOM / ladder for order entry and reading resting liquidity.
Footprint / cluster charts to see traded volume at each price.
Volume Profile to identify high-volume areas and value.
A common layout pairs a price chart, a footprint chart and a DOM side by side.
DeepCharts (Stocks and Futures)
DeepCharts includes Volume Profile, Footprint, a DOM Ladder, Delta and 80+ indicators in the browser. Add only the tools you actively use so charts stay responsive.
MetaTrader 5 (CFDs)
MT5 offers the standard indicator set (moving averages, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands and more) plus custom layouts and templates. Save a template once your chart is set up so you can reapply it quickly.
General tips
Keep charts uncluttered — fewer, well-chosen indicators are easier to read.
Save your workspace/template so you can restore it after an update or reinstall.
Too many indicators can slow the platform; remove what you do not use.
