Getting started is four steps: buy an account, get your credentials from the dashboard, install your platform, and place your first trade within the rules. Accounts activate instantly after purchase.
Step by step
Buy your account on the NYS website. Pick your product and challenge, and choose one-time or monthly billing (Futures and Stocks).
Open your dashboard and copy the platform credentials (login, password and server) shown for that specific account. Never invent server names, use exactly what your dashboard shows or what was emailed when your account was created.
Install your platform for the product:
CFDs, MetaTrader 5. Download, install, then File > Login to Trade Account and enter your Login, Password and Server.
Futures, Quantower or ATAS (via dxFeed). Open Connections, add dxFeed, sign the market-data agreement, and enter your dxFeed details and server.
Stocks, DeepCharts. Browser-based, no install; open the web app and log in with your dashboard credentials.
Place your first trade. For Futures, sign the Non-Professional market-data agreement on first login (required for real-time data) and load the front-month contract. Then trade within your challenge's rules.
If you buy during the daily reconciliation window, activation can take a little longer to appear on the dashboard. Your dashboard is the single source of truth for credentials, balance and current metrics.
